### Rent Schedule

For step-by-step instructions on adding or editing a rent schedule entry, [check out this article.](https://help.leasecake.com/en/articles/10092518-rent)

The rent schedule provides a clear view of both upcoming and past rent payments, organized by the next payment due and expense category.

Select **'Show History'** to see past rent payment dates.

**Rent Types** can be categorized into the following expenses:

- Base Rent
- CAM
- Insurance
- Other
- Parking
- Property Tax
- Signage
- Storage
- Taxes
- Create Your Own

If you've added more than one expense category, you can filter the Rent Schedule to give a breakdown of rent by type.

### One-Time Payments & Tax Schedule

You can also set up Tax Schedules and add One-Time Payments to track more than just rent. The One-Time Payments section is ideal for storing details on Tenant Improvements or other property investments. This information can be valuable for reference during lease renegotiations.

# Exporting Lease Abstracts

To export your lease abstract, click **'Export'** in the top right corner of your screen. If you have multiple leases, choose which one you want to create the lease abstract for.

Select Lease Abstract > **Generate Now**.

Choose if you want to include all or only some of the lease details. Select **Download Now.**

You will see the Rent Types broken out as reflected in your Rent Schedule in Leasecake.
