- Rent Summary now respects tax entry end dates.

- The calendar picker in the Percent Rent payment schedule now displays fully for easier date selection.

- Custom Index Value and Custom % fields now accept comma or period separators based on your selected number format.

- Accounting month columns display month names for all custom date format settings.

- Blank and zero values are now treated as equivalent for Rental Payment and Initial Direct Cost, streamlining the accounting setup experience.

**Features**

- **Threshold-Based Rent Adjustments** – Leasecake now supports leases where rent adjusts only when an inflation index crosses a set threshold, rather than on a fixed schedule.

**Bug Fixes**

- Approved rent adjustments (for applicable adjustments) now carry forward correctly to all future rent periods. (Indexation for international customers)

- Imported obligations where the tenant is responsible for calculating adjustments are now approved automatically. (Indexation for International customers)

- Improved the Percent Rent setup experience so pages load smoothly before a payment schedule is configured.
